A friend came from afar, and we went to Yorkdale as we like shopping. We chose the upscale Yushanfang for dinner! The first dish, [Sea Coconut, Fritillaria, and Quail Stew], was awesome! It was stewed for 5 hours, and the sea coconut and Fritillaria were very moisturizing to the lungs, which was perfect for this season. [Deep-fried Fresh Oysters] and [Hawthorn Spare Ribs] were sweet, the former was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, and the latter was sweet and sour and appetizing! The [Boneless Soy Sauce Chicken] was exquisitely presented in a bird cage, and the meat was smooth and tasty. The [Pumpkin Dinghu Shangsu] presented with a whole Japanese pumpkin was festive and healthy, with sweet and pink pumpkin meat and refreshing vegetarian options, which could be soft or crispy. The more surprising thing was the Japanese sushi combination, each type of sushi was delicious, and the sashimi was thickly cut, plump and fresh. I didn't expect it to be from a Chinese restaurant, and I thought it was a Japanese restaurant if I hadn't told you! It is not crowded on weekdays, the staff are very nice, the service is considerate and thoughtful. The food is served quickly, and I am quite satisfied and comfortable. Very bad service! The food was served very slowly. The point is that the 9.6 pound king crab was fried and only one piece was enough for each person (9 people). Black-hearted boss! Don't go to this black shop again.
